TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective date: 1 January 2026

Background

This Program Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (the “Participant”) and Rewired Love Life ABN 72 452 670 015 (Tulika’s company) and covers the purchase of the Programs referred to below. In this Agreement, “Rewired Love Life” and “Tulika Das” are referred to interchangeably as Tulika is the creator and Facilitator of all Programs owned by her company. Please read this Agreement carefully and contact [email protected] if you would like to discuss any aspect of this Agreement. You are deemed to have accepted the terms in this Agreement upon paying fees for your selected Program.

Programs

Tulika Das currently offers the following program (“Program”):

The Rewired Love Method™

The Rewired Love Method™ is a transformational coaching program that includes the following:

Indicative duration: 12 weeks

Inclusions:

● Online digital course — Conscious Love + accompanying worksheet(s)

● Online digital course — Divine Love

● 1 × 60-minute 1:1 Emotional Release Session

● 1 × 60-minute 1:1 Pattern Mapping & Direction Session

● 1 × 90-minute RTT Session

● Personalised hypnotic recording

● 1 × 60-minute Energy Healing Session

● 1:1 personalised chat support (Monday–Friday), limited to one touchpoint per day

Clients may purchase the Program either as a full upfront payment or, where offered, through an approved staged payment / pay-in-parts access pathway.

Where a staged payment / pay-in-parts pathway is selected, access to certain Program components may be released progressively in accordance with the purchased stage.

Program durations are indicative only and may vary depending on scheduling, participation, and pace of progression.

Course Access

Where digital course content is included in your purchase, access is provided to the purchaser for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, transferred, or resold.

Rewired Love Life reserves the right to update or modify course materials and delivery platforms over time. While we intend to make course content available on an ongoing basis, we do not guarantee permanent or uninterrupted access.

As the community grows, occasional group coaching Q&A sessions may be organized by Tulika at her discretion & you will be notified accordingly. It is not mandatory to attend these Q&As but is a good opportunity for you to gain clarity and connect with like minded individuals. You may be invited to join a virtual online private community platform (such as Facebook Group) to connect with other community members. All information and notifications related to group coaching sessions will be shared in the group.

Terms

You understand and agree: This Agreement will begin upon payment of the Program fees. It will apply for the duration of the relevant Program and completion of any payment plan beyond the Program’s length.

Fees And Payment

All program fees are as advertised on the website. Program fees may change from time to time, and the website will be updated accordingly with new pricing. You have the option to pay for the entire program or pay for any particular tier and upgrade later. Payment plans are available upon application only. An approved payment plan is by recurring direct debit from a nominated credit card over an agreed term. A payment plan processing fee may apply to some program payment plans. Fee information, if applicable, is available on the Program Payment page. All payments must be completed online via Stripe transactions. Tulika Das reserves the right to vary fees at any time. Changes in fees will not affect you and will only apply to a new round of program delivery. From time to time, Tulika Das may provide promotional offers to which these Terms apply.

Late Payments

A five-day grace period is applied to late payments. Payments overdue by more than five business days will incur a late payment fee of 10% per annum (calculated daily from the date due) on the outstanding amount.

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once a session is scheduled and/or access to program materials or community platforms has been provided. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances other than those required by law. If you are unsure which pathway feels right for you, you may begin with the flexible pay-in-parts pathway and choose to progress deeper as you move through the program.

Coaching Schedule

The Parties agree to meet for the required number of sessions by Zoom call at a specified and recurring time arranged by the Parties.If the Client or Tulika Das (Coach) needs to reschedule, they agree to give as much notice as possible and collectively arrange a suitable alternative time to fulfil the session.

Session Cancellations and Rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, they must provide Tulika Das with advance notice of at least 3 days via the agreed-upon communication method (email or phone).

Cancellation without Proper Notice

Failure to provide the required notice for cancellation or rescheduling will result in the coaching session being considered forfeited, with no refund or makeup session offered.

Rescheduling with Proper Notice

If the Client provides the necessary notice for rescheduling, Tulika Das will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client's request and arrange a mutually convenient time for the coaching session within a reasonable timeframe.

Coach's Unavailability

If Tulika Das (Coach) needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, the Coach will provide the Client with 3 days notice and will work with the Client to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

Emergency Situations

Both Tulika Das (Coach) and the Client acknowledge that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating immediate rescheduling or cancellation of a coaching session. In such cases, the party experiencing the emergency shall inform the other party as soon as possible, and both parties shall work together to reschedule the session.

Content Release And Availability

All access information to the program resources will be provided via email. All 1:1 calls will be organized via Zoom. If any group coaching sessions are organised, the details will be notified via Private Community Group. Depending on the requirement, you may need to register your details to access the Program content in the Online Program Portal. You are responsible for ensuring the details you provide are correct and current. You are responsible for updating your profile in the membership portal if your email address or any other relevant details change.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for the protection and confidentiality of any password that may be issued to or subscribed for by you from time to time. You will not share your password with any other person. You will notify us immediately if your password is lost or becomes known to anyone else. You are solely responsible for access and use of this Site via your password, whether such access or use is by you or any other person; and the personal information you provide to the Program will be treated strictly under our Privacy Policy.

Communication

You understand and agree: Day-to-day communication during the Program duration is via the exclusive Program Facebook Support Group. 1:1 personalised chat support (where applicable) will be via Voxer. Unless your communication is personal or confidential, you are requested to post all questions, comments, and observations to the Facebook Group. With any private matters such as queries regarding the Program, accounts, or personal issues, please email [email protected]. Emails are responded to within 72 hours during business hours, Monday to Friday. All queries relating to your personal development are to be addressed in the Q&A sessions or group coaching sessions (as and when organised) or directed to the Program Facebook community.

Commitment And Conduct

You understand and agree: Your commitment includes but is not limited to: completing the entire Program you have purchased with full participation, attending Program group coaching calls when possible, communicating with Tulika Das when required, being present and engaged in the private Facebook Support Group, being committed to achieving your defined outcomes, supporting others in the Program.

Private Community Platform (Support Group)

The Private Community Group access is by invitation only for the Program Participants. The sole purpose of the Support Group is to provide a private forum for Participants to ask questions and access group coaching calls as and when organised. You agree to abide by the Community Platform rules of conduct, privacy and confidentiality of group discussions, member details and posts relating to their personal stories and businesses. You are prohibited from promoting your business, other community groups and similar programs and courses to the Programs under this Agreement, in the Private Community Group or by private message to other group participants. Toxic, abusive and disrespectful conduct will result in removal from the Private Community Group. Sharing posts from the Private Community Group, including images, is strictly prohibited, and this conduct will result in immediate removal from the group.You will respect the confidentiality of each Participant in all group coaching calls. You will not discuss another participant or their personal stories in an individual or professional context, outside the group, for any reason, without the Participant’s express written permission.

Please note Tulika Das may switch to a new community platform as per her discretion. You will be notified about this change.

Technology Issues

Tulika Das shall not be held responsible if there are any problems with the website or if the host or network should go down due to circumstances beyond our control. When it is within our control, we will do our best to get the system back up as soon as possible.Tulika Das shall not be liable to you or any other party because of any viruses or malware that may infect your or any other party’s electronic equipment. You agree that you: Will not use any robot, spider or other devices, process or means to access the Program. You will not compromise or circumvent the security controls of the Program or otherwise gain un-authorised access to the Program and will not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Program.

Confidentiality

All information shared with Tulika Das during individual coaching sessions is confidential and will not be shared with a third party unless required by law. Personal and business information provided by you is managed by our Privacy Policy.

You (Client) consent that Tulika Das may release information to a specific individual or agency if it has been determined that a vulnerable person (child or adult) is at risk; if the Client is in imminent danger to themselves or others; or if a subpoena of records has been requested. The Client also understands that, at any time, Tulika Das may discuss aspects of their case with other colleagues, keeping their full name and identity completely confidential always unless they have given permission otherwise.

Both Parties agree that all information (digital or verbal) shared with Tulika Das (Coach) as part of this relationship, is bound by confidentiality and must not be disclosed to any third parties. If the Coach wishes to share your achievements publically the Coach will ask for permission or exclude your name to maintain confidentiality.

PLEASE NOTE: The Coach-Client relationship is not protected by legal confidentiality (like doctor-patient or attorney-client). Therefore, the Coach could be required to divulge otherwise confidential information to authorities.

Intellectual Property And Copyright

All material, including but not limited to videos, call recordings, resources are the property of Rewired Love Life and Tulika Das and their affiliates or licensors. Accordingly, they are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All material, including but not limited to videos, call recordings, resource downloads, and templates available in the Program and within any program created by Rewired Love Life and Tulika Das, is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.You may not use any of the materials available in the Program or any teaching platform in a manner that infringes any of our rights or that has not been expressly authorised by us. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material the Program or related programs without the express permission of Tulika Das. You may request such permission by emailing [email protected]

Disclaimer

You understand and agree: You have engaged Tulika Das’s services and purchased the Program at your own risk. All content, resources and coaching are provided for personal use and information only. Tulika Das does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your results from the Programs. Tulika Das can not guarantee your ability to get results and improve your mindset, health, lifestyle or otherwise with our coaching, tools, ideas, information, or strategies. Results depend on various factors, including but not limited to your current health status, financial status, commitment, personal ability, and dedication, and in no way dependent on any information or strategy provided to you by Tulika Das.

Tulika Das makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind or nature, expressed or implied with respect to the coaching services. In no event shall Tulika Das be liable to you (Client) for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Tulika Das’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive reparation, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to Tulika Das under this Agreement. Client agrees that Tulika Das is not liable or responsible for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by her.

Medical Disclaimer

Tulika Das is a qualified Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, a certified Energy Healer and a certified Coach. Tulika Das is not a qualified medical professional, psychologist, therapist or counsellor. The information provided in the Program is not intended to, cannot, and should not be expected to be a substitute for advice and treatment from a qualified medical practitioner. The information provided by Tulika Das is not intended to, cannot, and should not be expected to be a substitute for advice and treatment from a qualified medical practitioner. The Program does not replace any treatment plans or protocols for diagnosed illnesses or medical conditions. You are advised to consult your doctor before making any health-related decisions during or as a result of participating in the Program.

Scope of Practice

You understand that Tulika Das is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnotherapy should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor.

Participation

You (Client) give Tulika Das full permission to hypnotize and use Rapid Transformational Therapy® knowing that by participating fully in the process and by listening to personalized recording for 21 days, the Client plays an important role in their overall success.

Guarantee

You (Client) understands that although Rapid Transformational Therapy® has an incredibly high success rate, Tulika Das cannot and does not guarantee results since the Client's own personal success depends on many factors that Tulika Das has no control over, including Client’s willingness and desire to effect the changes inside themselves.

Audio Recording(s)

You (Client) give Tulika Das full permission to make audio recordings that may include Client's voice. The Client understands that if a recording (or recordings) is made during or after the session(s), Tulika Das retains full copyright over any forms of media that may be produced and distributed to the Client.

Limitation Of Liability

You release Tulika Das from any liability or claims that could be made against her concerning your mental and/or physical well-being during the work that has been outlined and agreed upon (now and in the future).

You understand and agree: Liability for the services provided by Rewired Love Life and Tulika Das is governed solely by the Australian Consumer Law and these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms removes your Statutory Rights as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Rewired Love Life and Tulika Das exclude all express or implied representations, conditions, guarantees, warranties and terms relating to any Services except those in this Agreement. Tulika Das denies any liability in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, losses, claims, damages, expenses or proceedings incurred or suffered by you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with its services, including but not limited to any loss, damage or expense arising from any defect, error, imperfection, fault, mistake or inaccuracy with the information or advice provided by Tulika Das; Tulika Das guarantees all services are supplied to you with due care and skill and fit for the advertised services. To the extent that Tulika Das is unable to exclude liability; total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from services by Rewired Love Life and Tulika Das is limited to re-supplying the Services to you or, at our option, refund to you the amount you have paid for the Services to which your claim relates.

Testimonial and Results Use Authorization

You (Client) consent to the following terms with regards to release of Testimonials provided to Tulika Das:

● The Client agrees that Tulika Das may use, reproduce, distribute and disclose the information in their Testimonial (and/or photographic/videographic likeness) and acknowledge that their Testimonial may be distributed to the public for purposes including but not limited to advertising, promotions and press coverage.

● The Client understands that they are not entitled to compensation for use of this Testimonial (and/or photographic/videographic likeness) nor input concerning its use.

● The Client waive any right to payment for the use of the Testimonial (and/or photographic/ videographic likeness) save for use beyond the purpose set out in Paragraph 1 of this Release.

● The Client has the right to revoke this Release at any time by providing written notice of their revocation.

● The Client understands and approves the disclosure of Testimonial information (and/or photographic/videographic likeness) and any information contained herein in its public relation efforts.

● The Client waive the right of prior approval and hereby release Tulika Das from any claims for damages of any kind in the use of this Testimonial or information in this Testimonial (and/or photographic/videographic likeness).

● This Release is subject to the governing law and jurisdiction of Victoria.

Termination

Except as provided in this Agreement, where Tulika Das terminates this Agreement with or without cause, and through no action or fault of the Participant, any payment for unfulfilled services without any fees or charges will be refunded to the Participant. Payment for fulfilled services will not be refunded. All access to the Program, Online Portal, resources, and Private Community Group will cease.

However no portion of any payments made by you (Client) will be refunded in the event of client-initiated termination.

Dispute Resolution

You understand and agree: You will contact Tulika Das immediately with any concerns for quick and effective resolution through friendly consultation. In the event of a dispute, you agree to the following Dispute Resolution Procedure:

1. You must advise Tulika Das in writing of the nature of the dispute, the outcome you seek and what actions you believe will settle the dispute.

2. You agree to meet with a key representative of Tulika Das in person or via Zoom in good faith to seek to resolve the dispute by Agreement and compromise.

3. If an agreement cannot be reached to resolve the dispute, any party may refer the dispute for mediation to the Law Society of Victoria (VIC).

4. Both parties must attend the mediation provided by the Law Society of VIC in good faith to seek to resolve the dispute.

Litigation via the court process may only be considered after a genuine attempt at mediation bought by either Party is unsuccessful. Confidentiality is paramount to both parties’ personal and professional reputations and standing in their business and community. At no time will any communications or discussions be made public, including but not limited to any social media platforms or websites of either Party. Any public discussion or comments about either Party will be considered defamatory, harmful or otherwise damaging. They will be the subject of compensation in any mediation or litigation claim.

Governing Law

You understand and agree: The Terms and Conditions of this Agreement are governed and construed under the laws of Victoria. Each Party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Severability

If any aspect of this Agreement shall be found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

Waiver

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce all aspects of the Agreement.

Legal and Binding Agreement

This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties worldwide. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement. By proceeding with your payment, you accept the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement.
